Boot camp will begin at 9:00 am in the Beer Garden of the Cue Master - bring a mat and/or towel, good shoes, and water!
This event is FREE and open to everyone. No pre-registration required, just grab a buddy, show up, and be ready to have some fun.
Class format:
Warm up - 5 mins
5 station rotation: 2 moves at each station :30 seconds each with no rest between moves, switch to next station with :30 second rest.
Cool down - 5 mins
Remember to wear RED, WHITE, and BLUE!
Drawings for prizes will take place at the end of boot camp.
